I have made a couple of visits to this location in past week. As I’m shopping for a person in assisted living, it’s not easy to find items to please her. However, with the help of both Laura & Jessica - it was truly a great experience. I had no trouble returning items, and finding others that suited her better. Great group of pleasant, helpful and interactive staff! What a refreshing difference!! I will definitely go there again.

I don’t mind shopping in store but ordering online was not a good experience. They should be showing CAD on the order total confirmation. Charged me USD so I spent far more than intended. They also will not ship free to Canada. Had to dispute through my card card company because they were no help in the phone. They tried to tell me they charged me in CAD but credit card company said otherwise.

My mother had recently passed away and we were looking for a dress for her . Some one had asked what we were looking for and we told them . The person that we spoke to was not helpful at all. Just saying there is some here and over there, as she walked away. We found her extremely rude .we took a quick look and left . I will never shop here. And we were able to find my mother a dress at another business nearby that were more than happy to help us.
