I saw Kristen Innocenti for a few months, and she was great. She provides a comfortable environment. When I realized the therapy approach we were using wasn’t helping like I needed, I let her know and she helped me look for a new provider who could help me more. Having a therapist you can be honest with, and who really is interested in your care enough that they are honest when it’s time to go elsewhere. Although therapy with Kristen wasn’t what I was looking for, she did exactly what she should’ve to ensure I get the best care.
