This company is definitely best for finding an apartment. Great and fast communication. You have to fill out an application before you can see an apartment which I’m not used to and was skeptical about it but it is legit so don’t worry and go for it! After being approved and seeing the apartment I will say I do like that I had to be pre approved because it took the worry and guessing game out of if I’ll even be able to get it since I liked it so much. So it was an easy process from beginning to end. I highly recommend this company for finding your next apartment.

I’ve been living in one of the Stonelink Properties for just over six months now, and I can honestly say it’s been one of the best rental experiences I’ve had. From the moment I toured the unit, the leasing process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly fast. The staff was incredibly helpful and responsive, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. The apartment itself was spotless on move-in day fresh paint, clean floors, and modern appliances. Everything looked exactly like the photos online (which is rare these days), and the building is quiet, well-maintained, and secure. I especially love the attention to detail like the updated kitchen and smart thermostat. What really sets Stonelink apart, though, is their management team. Any minor maintenance request I’ve made has been handled within 24-48 hours, no hassle. Communication is great, and they genuinely seem to care about their tenants. If you’re looking for a reliable place to live with a responsive team behind it, I highly recommend renting from Stonelink. They’ve earned my trust, and I plan on staying here long-term.

I worked with Steve through Stonelink, he was incredibly prompt and personable. He asked all the right questions and gave such helpful directions to get my property ready for tenants. In a day/age where customer service is hit or miss I was incredibly pleased with the experience he provided and if someone was looking for a company to help manage their property I would highly recommend talking to him to get yourself in a good place.

Once Stonelink took over our property, that is when the issues started. We had laundry on site and then due to a broken pipe it was out of order. After months, they never re opened the laundry. We had gas shut off and then would go 3 days without it and nobody would communicate what was happening besides "we will let you know". Same with hot water that we did not have for over a week. We did get some compensation but not having hot water for over a week is unacceptable and was not seemed rushed because the owners wanted to find the cheapest way to get it done vs getting it done to make sure the tenants had what they needed. We had a pool on site and it was never cleaned to be ready for use in the Summer. Being 8/9 months pregnant at the time, having a pool would of been amazing to actually use but instead it was a swamp. We moved in due to amenities so it was sad to see them be let go. We had an issue with our air conditioning and it was leaking and shaking the walls loud and we were told by the owners and property that we would have to pay for our own air conditioning to replace it. When I stated that I would not do that they said the owners would take care of it. Nobody ever came out and when we requested for maintenance they told us they would charge us for coming out. The property is not even taken care of. Nobody had landscaping out so the grounds were gross. There was trash everywhere. It reeked of musk and mold. I would not recommend Stonelink to anybody. We lived there for a little over a year and were sad to move out but with a baby on the way the way the property looked and how issues were handled we had to go elsewhere.
