I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for Nurse Priscilla. During an anxious time, her warmth and sense of humor made all the difference. She had an incredible ability to lighten the moment while still providing thorough, professional care. Her calm presence, compassion, and perfectly timed humor helped ease my worries and made me feel truly supported. I’m grateful for everything she did—she is an exceptional nurse and a remarkable person.

I overall have good experiences with the Urgent Care at this location. Especially if you save your spot in line online prior to visiting. Never have had any issues with Nurses either. My daughter did just have her yearly (12yr.) and I don't think her or myself will be going back due to the judgment the provider gave. Without me asking my daughter her thoughts on the visit she told me she did not want to be alone in the room again with her Dr. because it was uncomfortable for her. My daughter is extremely active and does sports, goes to camp, etc. The judgment she received for being on electronics was ridiculous. It is the summer. We go swimming when able. She sews almost every day and does crafts. Most of her ideas come from her electronics - it gives her inspiration! God forbid she has a TV in her room or listens to music to help her sleep. I left this appointment feeling anything but positive. I can't allow my daughter to go outside on the playground on her own because of apartment underage policy. So I work 6-10 hour days and you expect me daily to go outside with her as soon as I'm home? This is not realistic. We do family activities when money and time allow. Please be aware how you are speaking to children and their parents Dr. Moody. Just because a child is watching TV doesn't mean they aren't being active. She LOVES learning dances and practicing them over and over again and then doing shows. You truly made my daughter uncomfortable to the point she doesn't want to be seen by you. I did not even ask her her thoughts/opinions after the visit. She was that uncomfortable she told me on her own, unprompted. Its one thing to say what's recommended, its another to belittle.

Most of the staff interactions I had there today were very uncomfortable and unprofessional. The moment I walked into the building (urgent care section) the lady at the front desk looked me up and down took a deep breath and said “Oh Boy” as if she was dreading having to interact/help me. I am an African American woman with dreadlocks so there’s some insight on a possible reasoning as to why her reaction was it was. The lady directed me upstairs for my appointment; but seemed very uncomfortable when speaking to me. When I went upstairs to the clinic area for my appointment the front desk lady looked right past me and decided to try and interact with my Caucasian wife instead of addressing me (keep in mind I walked up to her first. My wife was behind me and not even paying attention to the lady). Once I clarified that I was the patient and was trying to check in ,the lady started asking a series of questions but kept directing them toward my wife instead of me. It was as if she was trying to avoid having to interact with me. The lady asked where I worked ( likely to verify information) and when I told her she looked me up and down in shock as if she couldn’t believe that I worked in a professional setting and made me repeat my place of employment multiple times. Overall the majority of the other staff/nurses I interacted with were very low energy and seemed as if they hated their job and hated that they had to help me. The doctor I saw there was very nice. But overall I would not recommend going here if you are a person of color. Very uncomfortable environment.
