This review is long overdue. I contacted MI travel in December 2022 for a trip to Pakistan. My brothers were getting married and it was the first time we were traveling with our 9 month old baby overseas. We have 4 young kids and I was very nervous. Their team is so awesome. They made the whole process of booking, visas, and traveling so easy. We had great seats and no problems going to Pakistan and coming back. I have to mention how amazing it was to work with Bilal. He was also getting married around that time and I remember he was working on his wedding day! He made sure everything was perfect for us even though it was his own special day! Absolutely wonderful people! Inshallah I will contact them again for booking our Umrah.

I would give zero stars if I could. Excuses after excuses, a week before travel, and I still haven’t received a corrected itinerary, hotel confirmation, messages are ignored, no proactive messaging, poor communication, lack of seriousness, and just excuse after excuse. May be good for umrah and Hajj travel but…this place is completely unprofessional and customer service.

MI Travel did an absolutely amazing job in planning our ladies’ Umrah package. From start to finish, everything was flawless. Bilal was outstanding—he personally checked in on us every step of the way, ensuring that everything was perfect. His dedication and care truly made a difference in our journey. We had no issues at all—everything was well-organized, smooth, and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend MI Travel to anyone looking for a stress-free and well-planned Umrah experience.
