When I moved to the property, they refused to do a deep clean. Which wasn't ideal, I had time off work, so I took time to get my apartment together. Fast forward, I get my brand new washer and dryer hooked up. It started sparking and the electrical system is so old and misfired that it fried my new machine, 2 machines later, none still don't work properly. In between, the refrigerator Iwent ouf and spoiled garbage bags of food. It took weeks to get hazardous trash out of a common area Save yourself the headache! The property manager, Annette refuses to communicate, though my electricity and other tenant electricity has been out for days and they now children reside in the home. We are currently still without power because the refusal to fix the electricity. I would give 0 stars if possible.
