Elli K.Ich bin heute zur Behandlung meiner Zornesfalte und zur Hyaloron-Behandlung meiner Lippen bei Frau Dr.Oehm gewesen. Sie war sehr freundlich, wirkte kompetent. Die Behandlung war relativ schmerzfrei. Das Ergebnis der Lippen hat mir sofort gefallen. Die Botox- Behandlung kann ich erst in einigen Tagen beurteilen. Die Dame am Empfang war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Nachtrag 2 Tage später: Meine Lippen haben einige Hämatome. Eines ist relativ großflächig. Die Schwellung ist zurück gegangen. Nun bin ich gespannt, wie damit umgegangen wird. 06.12.24 Update ich bekam ohne Probleme einen Termin zur Nachsorge, wo die Ärztin sich meine Lippen noch einmal sehr genau angesehen hat. Und sie nahm mir meine Sorgen eines Gefäßverschlusses. Das Ergebnis sowohl an der Zornesfalte als auch meiner Lippen ist noch immer sehr zufriedenstellend. Ich komme im Februar wieder:)

Lore789 9lrmnSuper nette und freundliche Bedienung am Empfang, nur leider wirkte der Arzt, M.L. sehr abwesend und zerstreut. Ich hatte vor mir die Lippen unterspritzen zu lassen und hatte einen Termin. Nach über einer halben Stunde Wartezeit, kam ich dann an die Reihe. Im Vorgespräch wich der Arzt immer wieder meinen Fragen bezüglich des verwendeten Produkts aus. Anfangs war der Arzt extrem nett, als ich dann die Frage nach dem Produkt stellte, wurde der Arzt unhöflich, genervt und fast aggressiv. Als er dann auch noch begann mit seinen Kugelschreiber den dreck unter seinen Fingernägeln hervor zu holen, war es für mich vorbei. Absolut unhygienisch und unseriös. Ich habe den Laden schleunigst verlassen. Nach zwei Wochen kam ein Rechnung über 249 €. Abgerechnet wurde eine gesamte Behandlung. Da ich mich nie behandeln lassen hab reichte ich sofort Beschwerde ein. Die Rechnung wurde falsch ausgestellt, so der Kundenservice.
