Great experience shopping in this store in order to first furnish our two bedroom condo a couple of years ago followed by our current three bedroom townhouse. Josie, one of the sales people, was very helpful, personable and knowledgeable. Items are well displayed, easy to view in the store, competitively priced and, by far, a much better experience than online shopping as you actually see what you are getting. If the item is not available in the store, it can be ordered. The delivery team is always prompt, courteous, very pleasant individuals, carefully placing items exactly where you want them and removing all packaging. I highly recommend shopping here.

Beautiful store, top quality furnishings at a fair price. Staff was wonderful. Delivery was on time as promised, and the delivery staff was very professional!! I would highly recommend The Furniture Gallery!!!

Terrible Service from the owner Frank and his management staff. The only helpful member here was Hannah. Went in on Friday to shop for a desk, found the set and was labelled for all 3 pieces and confirmed by the manager at $899. Went the next day with a truck to pickup and the manager said its $899 for the 2 piece desk and $599 for the 3rd piece (file cabinet). How is a file cabinet on its own $599? Blows my mind! I showed the photos from the previous day and they would not honor the $899 deal nor even reduce the price of the cabinet to make sale. Frank the owner completely useless and unreasonable. Completely dissatisfied with this place. Zero star rating.😡
