This was an awful experience!! I visited Mac Q Beauty a couple of weeks ago hoping for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, but what I got was quite the opposite. I booked the Pro Bright Facial. First off, the room itself was very cluttered and utterly uncomfortable, making it impossible to feel even an ounce of relaxation. The worst part, however, was the aftermath. It's clear their products are way too harsh. The lady got something on my eyelid and the very next day it swelled to (NO JOKE!) triple its normal size, becoming dry and crusty. This painful swelling lasted a full four days! To make matters worse, I developed multiple raw patches all over my face that are still struggling to heal weeks later. This wasn't just a bad facial; it was a damaging experience that I wouldn't wish on anyone. I paid $114 for torture. Avoid at all costs. Pictures for proof.

My friend and I went today and both got the Platinum Head Spa package. It was absolutely amazing! Upon entering the Spa we were greeted with a warm welcome and big smiles. The place is so clean and has such beautiful girly decor. The room was warm and cozy, the treatment was so relaxing and it was fun that the two rooms can open to one and we got to be together. Definitely a treat everyone deserves!

What a fantastic experience! I got the Signature Head Spa not knowing what to expect but the service exceeded my expectations. The ladies were so friendly and accommodating. The products they used (Olaplex) were fantastic and left my hair feeling so good. I wish I could come every week 😄, but i can't wait to book again! Prices are reasonable compared to other places plus you get a mini chime and sound bath at the start. I left feeling so good, thank you all for the great service 🙌

I used to love this place.. I got hybrid extensions. The last two times I went to get a lash fill I had a lash artist that did a horrible job. It was the same girl both times. She was very unprofessional, constantly on her phone. Her phone was buzzing right in my ear through my headphones.. I understand people get busy, but silencing a phone is a thing. I used to be a lash artist and I would never do that to my clients. My lashes hurt so much everyday, so many of them were stuck together. Had me crying and cutting my lashes every second day. Tonight I took them off and saw FOUR of my natural lashes stuck to one lash extension. Are you kidding me? Beyond disappointed and disgusted. Never coming back.
