Sean Thomas Construction carried out a aground floor extension and complete internal decoration of our house in Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. Given the age of the property (built circa 1920s) there were a number of historic issues with the building which Sean and his team dealt with without fuss. We were kept regularly updated with progress of the works (we were not living in the property at the time) and prompted for instruction at every important decision. One stand out is that nothing is a problem; at many stages of the construction our plans changed and our choices evolved. At no point were we met with resistance - Sean always found a way. Alyssa was also excellent from an administrative point of view and ensured that all decisions were made in good time. I can fully recommend Sean Thomas Construction Ltd.

Sean was referred to us via our architect and straight away we knew he was someone that we wanted to work with. Sean and the people around him are attentive, polite and trustworthy. We decided to stay in our house whilst the work was being done, we knew that this would delay matters but Sean was extremely helpful and understanding with us. We decided halfway through the build to add a second toilet and this wasn't a problem, nor were any of the other extras that we requested. I have no hesitations in recommending Sean and I have recommended him on the occasions where I was able to.
