If I could leave less than 1 star I would! My family has now purchased 2 cars from here, the first with no issue! Most recently we purchased a Kia Rio in cash with the promise that it would be safetied and road ready. This was absolutely not the case. Within days of delivery the tires were not holding air, and had 2/4 rims completely bent and unusable. Next up, it was leaking fluid on my driveway which turned out to be rotten brake lines!! Finally while at OUR mechanic they discovered the wiper motors had long since died. Throughout this we had repeatedly tried to call Tricity and were ignored consistently. We have had to pay $1,500 out of pocket in repairs on a car we were told was safetied within the first MONTH of owning it. Do not recommend, stay far away from Tricity Auto.

While I didn't move forward in purchasing a vehicle, Dee worked with me for over a week fighting for the best possible deal for me. The employees here are polite, and nothing short of fantastic. Highly recommend looking into vehicles here. Will be recommending them to friends and family.
