If you're taking your computer here, keep in mind that there is a diagnostic fee of $50. I didn't know before coming so the owner was kind enough to waive the diagnostic fee since I didn't go through with the repair. If you choose to go for the repair option the fee is included in the repair price. I called the place to share information about my computer a few days before and was not informed about the diagnostic price, which I would have really appreciated, especially considering how trustworthy the service seems to be otherwise.
