Don't delay book an online non emergency medical appointment today at Proactive Wellness (Galway), they are a one stop shop for all things medical. I happened upon this medical centre and their team in May. I highly recommend this medical centre and their team. I won't go anywhere else now. The admin staff are friendly, helpful, they return emails/phone calls in a timely manner and they always have a smile on their faces. I've had the pleasure of being provided with care, both over the phone an in-person when necessary, by Dr. Mishra, Dr. Morrow, Dr. Vasanthan and recently Dr. Carolyn Jewer. Kudos to you all, I like their doctorial styles: honest, accurate and excellent interpersonal skills. These doctors are professional, knowledgeable, empathic, and friendly. They provide accurate diagnosis and treatment, xray/MRI/bloodwork requisitions and results in a timely and accurate manner. The online booking tool is user-friendly. I can get a telephone appointment with a doctor the same day or the next day. I never feel "rushed" off the phone. The hours of operation are great. The medical centre is clean, organized and well laid out well. Its easy to find which clinic a patient needs to be at, and which admin to check in with for the doctor the patient needs to see. I have no negative feedback. I love this medical centre and their team. Keep up the awesome work and thank you all for your service.

I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service I’ve received from this company. I originally booked an appointment in November for a live blood analysis in January. However, when January arrived, I received a confirmation email for an acupuncture session instead. I called to clarify the error, only to be told that live blood analysis wasn’t even available on that date and is only offered every second Friday. I rescheduled for the next available appointment, which was five months later. The day before my new appointment, I received a call asking if I could come in earlier the same day—which I agreed to. But then, just an hour before the appointment, I received another call cancelling it entirely. They assured me someone would reach out the following week to reschedule, but no one has contacted me since. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. I expected better communication and organization, especially after such a long wait.

I had a scheduled appointment with Dr. Veeragathy Vasanthan at Proactive Wellness Center in the previous month. The atmosphere of the center was exceptional, with plentiful parking and wheelchair accessibility. The receptionist provided excellent customer service, and minimal wait time was experienced before meeting with the practitioner. Dr. Vasanthan exhibited a friendly demeanor, attentively listened to my concerns, and accommodated my scheduling needs. I highly endorse both the center and Dr. Vasanthan without reservation.
