We have booked two cruises with Sandy at Madison Travel, including air fare. We were wanting to do something special for our anniversary, and she did a wonderful job in putting together the cruise line and destinations. She has been very thorough in making arrangements, and very patient with answering our questions and concerns. With the storms in late February this year our flight got canceled. Per Sandy's recommendation we had arranged our flight a day early, so we were able to get a later flight and still make our cruise. Sandy was quick to answer the phone when we called. Highly recommend.
