A 2021 update, We used Niels again to buy our second house last month and yet again he was exceptional. The market is a little crazy at the moment and we had a few offers in before getting "the house". Niels is not a pushy agent, he really takes the time to get to know his clients and what they need. This was especially important to us as we had a baby on the way at the time of searching. He's so dedicated and always answers questions quickly. We cannot say enough good things about David Langlois. David worked with us for an extensive amount of time(years), showing us multiple homes from Cowichan to Sidney. After a few deals we had to walk away from, David persevered and was able to find us our new home. Our purchase posed many logistical challenges as we were selling our family home as well a rental property.
