Kate KurovskyThis is the store with the worst customer service approach. I like Morrocanoil brand and this is the reson I have been buying it at this store for years. They have this points program and they offered to sign me up. Every time I come to buy a shampoo they ask for my phone number, and every time they say they can’t find it, might be an error, but they fixed it and next time I come the points will be added. It is the 4th time I came and they still couldn’t find me. Instead of offering me to talk with a manager or apologize for this, or at least check the way she enters my number in the system, they lady at the cashier just told me “you don’t have an account with us.” This is the first time I decided not to buy anything from them. I would rather order online. With such attitude all in person stores will close down soon. No wonder they are closing, as they hire terrible people who have no idea what customer service is.

She was incredibly polite and friendly, truly attentive to my preferences and dedicated to ensuring I was happy with the results. Christine JanzenI had a nasty hair emergency, matted hair after extensions. I called at 10am and got in for 11am the same day. Sarah did a fantastic job combing it out and gave me a great haircut when she was done. There were 4 girls taking turns combing out the matts, it took about 4 hours all together. They were rock stars and worked above and beyond getting me through it! So patient, empathetic and positive through the whole experience. I highly recommend seeing the ladies here.
