I wanted to wait for a while before leaving my review to see how the chosen tenants turn out to be. It didn’t turn out well, they had issues with the residency application and had to leave the country suddenly leaving a pile of junk in my driveway provoking the city to want to fine me and make me pay for their removal while I am on vacation. To be fair they stayed about 15 months and perhaps not everyone needs to be a citizen to be a good tenant but overall the experience was not great, late for rent several times but they ended up paying and I was super flexible with them. The way they left was very disappointing though. The house was super dirty, they didn’t clean it before they left although I offered them a contractor to help with the work. I am dropping my rating to 2 stars because at the time of application process, there was another application at the same time and Magghub decided to change the price of the rent without consulting me and when I didn’t accept it, the other tenant got very annoyed how we are raising the price. That was not professional conduct and cost me that tenant and had this bad tenant instead. Unfortunately I would not use Magghub services again.

We have used Morgan and his service's twice now and will continue to do so. Their attention to detail when cleaning was above expectations. Our windows and frames , light fixtures etc looked like brand new when finished! We will be using them again in the future and I highly recommend MaggHub for all your needs. Try them first and you won’t be disappointed. We are a repeat customer for a reason! Keep up the great work all!

I had Morgan and his team do a cleaning between tenants moving in and out and he did a great job! He was very quick to respond to my initial message and made time for me last minute! Will definitely be using them again :)
