Nima and his crew booked the job on a very tight timeline, provided a detailed estimate, and then completed the job on time and at estimated cost. I met with Nima and his crew the first day and then was totally hands off — Nima checked in regularly and sent me updates via email. The work was thorough and they did an incredible job. They also cleaned up all work areas and disposed of all materials when they were done. I have no complaints. Will continue to use them in the future and I recommend them without reservations. Also, Nima has a PhD in engineering so you can be sure your project is in good hands!!
Rivers ScottUsed BayPath to have the Kitec plumbing completely removed from my condo and replaced with all new piping and fittings. Nima took care of everything for my from engineering drawings to permits from the city. He stayed in touch with me every step of the way. These guys know what they are doing. They covered the floors and stairs with high quality protective material, put up dust control sheets and taped everywhere to keep the dust down. Everything was done by the book along with the city inspector and pressure testing at the end of the installation. The walls were covered back up and painted professionally. I was more than impressed. Reasonable fair pricing too. Very rare to find a contractor this good and reliable. If I ever need any construction work or re & re work done at my place again I'm calling these guys. Warranties and photos of work were provided as well. A+ stuff. Thanks Nima and your team!
