FedEx has been postponing my mum’s delivery since 2 days ago, at some point lied that the package was brought meanwhile no one came with any package, where is my mum’s package? Has anything happened to it? I do not know why it has been so difficult to deliver a package locally since 3 days ago. Mum decided to wait at home since morning but was disappointed AGAIN. She called the customer care rep and she couldn't give any reason as to why the package was not delivered. You will receive visitors in your office, rubbish.
