I woke up to a broken garage door that wouldn't close fully. When I called magic touch, the owner answered and told me he would come later in the day (I was fine with this since it was the earliest anyone could get in- come to find out he was in the hospital and still was thinking of helping me and not his own situation) within a few minutes he called back and said one of his service reps could come within the hour. It was his day off and he still came in to help me, I was floored! Rod was amazing, he stayed there for hours explaining exactly what he was doing. He showed me where the damages to the exterior of my garage led to the metal frame being bent which led to the track being off and that was why the garage door would only close to that point then go back up and how the entire metal wiring was rolling off with excess tension on the spring(don't I sound like an expert already.) He even showed me how to maintain my garage doors to ensure I don't have problems in the future. I loved the fact that he came in on his day off(not the part where he had to work but his kindness) and was so patient to explain every single part to me. I truly appreciate this company, their service, their kindness, and most of all, their honesty and patience. Once the service was completed, the owner(once out of the hospital) emailed me the receipt for my records. This is the only garage door company I recommend!
