If you’re debating whether or not to hire a wedding planner, let me save you the trouble—hire Magical Moments. Working with Amanda was truly one of the best decisions we made. From our very first phone call to the last song of the night, she was nothing short of incredible. As the first children in both of our families to get married, my husband and I had a lot of questions and uncertainty about the process. Amanda patiently guided us through every step, always available by call or text whenever we needed her. She listened closely to my vision of a bright, colorful wildflower wedding and brought it to life in a way that exceeded my expectations. Her vendor recommendations were spot-on, and she seamlessly coordinated with the vendors we had already chosen. Amanda and her team handled all the details so we could stay stress-free and fully present, enjoying every moment of our big day. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of—and more—thanks to Amanda’s expertise, care, and dedication. I cannot recommend Amanda and the entire Magical Moments team highly enough. From the moment we spoke to Amanda on the phone to hugging her goodbye at the wedding reception, our lives were all made better by Amanda and her incredible team. I truly cannot thank Amanda enough for everything she did to make my daughter’s wedding day absolutely amazing in every way. From the moment we hired her, Amanda was so informative and helpful, answering our numerous questions and helping us with vendor recommendations. Although we hired her for DOC, website and tear down help, we used her advice on transportation, cake, strings players and hair stylists! She has amazing industry connections, a wealth of experience, and her help was just invaluable. Having two locations (ceremony in a church and reception at another venue) we absolutely could not have done this without her. As the day approached, and weather concerns arose, she discussed back up, stepped up seamlessly and took control, making us feel so at ease every step of the way. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding planner or day of coordinator, stop right now and just do it.
