In particular, I have to commend Conrad and his two crew members Ali and Niman, who impressed with their in-depth knowledge, efficiency, attention to detail and service excellence throughout the process. What I anticipated to be a messy and lengthy undertaking turned out to be quick, professional service that was completed much faster than expected and without any mess! Throughout the process there was no attempt to "up-sell". The invoice was a pleasant surprise, coming in at the lower end of projections and gave a full documentation of the "before" and "after" of the work performed. Magnus Construction was hired to apply spray foam for our basement, The project was completed on time and in budget.
