Following the advice of our condo board to upgrade our attic insulation, I contacted Magnus Construction Services and got a detailed outline in an understandable and logical manner on how they approach this type of project, along with advice on appropriate timing, and cost estimates. The company followed through on time and with the most outstanding service! In particular, I have to commend Conrad and his two crew members Ali and Niman, who impressed with their in-depth knowledge, efficiency, attention to detail and service excellence throughout the process. What I anticipated to be a messy and lengthy undertaking turned out to be quick, professional service that was completed much faster than expected and without any mess! Throughout the process there was no attempt to "up-sell". The invoice was a pleasant surprise, coming in at the lower end of projections and gave a full documentation of the "before" and "after" of the work performed. I commend Magnus Construction Services Inc. without any qualification for their integrity and superior service!

Magnus Construction was hired to apply spray foam for our basement, The project was completed on time and in budget. They did fantastic work as the foam is very consistent and well applied, almost a shame the drywall will cover it. -Fantastic workmanship -Prompt -Good Communication -Very clean and thorough Highly Recommend
