I’m absolutely furious with the way Maid in Canada Residential handled their service. I booked them expecting professionalism and care, but what I got was the complete opposite. They arrived late, looked completely unprepared, and rushed through everything as if my home didn’t matter. Corners were untouched, dust was still everywhere, and to make things worse, some of my personal items were misplaced. When I tried to call their office to complain, the response was beyond frustrating — rude tone, no apology, and absolutely no accountability. They made it seem like I was the problem for expecting basic cleaning standards! It’s shocking how a company that claims to value customer satisfaction can treat paying clients with such disrespect. This whole experience left me angry and disappointed. If you value your time, your home, and your peace of mind, stay away from Maid in Canada Residential. They don’t deserve even a single star for this kind of service.

Maid in Canada was recommended to us and boy did we luck out! Very quick response time, excellent communication, easy coordinating dates, clear expectations and price. Also very personable team, thoughtful, kind and determined to get results in stubborn areas. It was a joy to have them in our new home, helping us make it feel like our own. He jumped right in, got us an amazing person to help clean the inside- and then he suggested a quick house wash.
