Gary from Mr. Rooter did an outstanding job! He repaired the leak in our old copper laundry tubing and expertly re plumbed the system with modern tubing. Thanks to his skill and professionalism, we can finally do laundry again without worrying about water damage. The service was prompt, friendly, and thorough—highly recommended!

Mike was a huge help with replacing our septic pump today. He kept me informed as he assessed what needed to be done and was super friendly and professional throughout his visit to our home. I am very grateful to him for his help and will 100% be recommending him and Mr. Rooter plumbing to anyone I know who needs a plumber! Tyler installed a new kitchen faucet unit. After he left, (Friday afternoon leading into a three-day weekend) I thought the sprayer hose was twisted and hard to raise and lower. I reported this to the company and received an immediate response that Tyler would come to my home on the following Tuesday to check it out. Meanwhile, the hose seemed to be working out the original kinks. Tyler arrived as promised, and we discussed the factors involved in the hose adjusting to a different alignment from how it was packaged, and I thanked him and he left for his next appointment. So, I appreciate the level of service provided by Mr. Rooter.
