We have been loyal patients of Dr. Taki for over 10 years and were always very satisfied with the care—especially when Anna was part of the team and Dr. Taki was still attending. However, over the past 2–3 years, we’ve noticed a decline in professionalism and overall patient experience. Staff have at times behaved unprofessionally, speaking negatively about other staff and even patients. It’s also uncomfortable when conversations are held in languages other than English while we are present, which can feel exclusionary and make us uneasy. My younger daughter has become increasingly anxious about visits due to how rough the treatment has become. She’s had water sprayed in her face, and on more than one occasion, we were expected to hold the vacuum ourselves. This is not the level of care we expect. Another issue has been the overwhelming number of phone calls from the office. Despite requesting fewer calls, they continue. I may not always be able to answer due to work or other obligations, but I always notify the office if I need to cancel or reschedule. Most upsetting, however, was when my daughter’s appointment was canceled without any notice—simply because I did not answer a phone call. This felt completely unfair and unprofessional. For all of these reasons, we’ve made the difficult decision to transfer to a new dental office. It’s unfortunate to part ways after so many years of positive experiences, but we no longer feel confident or comfortable continuing care at your practice.

Beware of questionable practices. My family and I went to this dental office for two years, and looking back, the experience felt very scammy. Before coming here, none of us had cavities for years, and after leaving, we also haven’t had any cavities for over 5 years. What stood out was how the office always seemed to “find” just enough cavities to use up the exact amount of our yearly insurance coverage. This happened consistently for each of us, year after year, which raised red flags. After switching dentists, we realized this wasn’t normal or ethical. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before agreeing to any major work here.

If you want breast against your head and dont mind them using your face as a leaning table while the bump into your head then come get your teeth dealt with here with the face mist they give you including up your nose. Lady took 3 times to match my front tooth with the other one. Literally straighter then a square French tip and shorter then my other tooth 🙄 😒 😑 my teeth are not the straight formed. She asked me if it's ok. When I brought up the issues nicely, I got responsed with 2 deeply well hear huff and puffs and even showed her how much shorter it was compared to my other tooth. I did not feel comfortable how they treat they're staff, the lady that was assisting was trying to help me get the disgusting debris and the dentist shoved her hands away. Very unprofessional. I'm finding it hard to want to continue with the other procedures I will need done in the future.
