We’ve used Delilah now for 1.5 years for our German Shepherds (2) approx 5 times for lengthy stays, we have always had great communication and know our dogs are well taken care of. This Christmas we were in another province and our youngest Shepherd fell very ill. Delilah was fast to act, calling me, getting in touch with vets etc. at 14 years old our beloved girl was unfortunately at the end of her life and we were devastated to not be able to be with her. I received minute by minute updates as Delilah sat and laid with her giving her full body massages and taking special care of our Zoii in her final moments. She then ensured our elderly boy was ok for the remainder of his stay until we got home, with more daily updates and Delilah went as far as asking myself multiple times how I was doing and if I needed anything. These fur babes were my life and she understood that. She is one of the kindest humans, checking in on me now over a week later and checking up on our boy to see how he’s adjusting. This woman is pure GOLD! I am so glad my girl had someone so kind and loving with her in her final moments and I cannot thank Delilah enough. What she did for my family is beyond measurable. Delilah I cannot thank you enough. You will forever be our go to for hotel stays for our babes and I will never forget the kindness you bestowed upon my family in such a hard time. Thank you for everything!

The facilities are sufficient, but the place is super stinky and does not have sufficient cleaning being done. Delilah was prompt and helpful, but 2 stars for lack of proper maintenance.

Amazing for just her working she made sure my dogs were well treated let me take them whenever I could and worked with me I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to board their dogs there I was very impressed and you can tell she may have less hours in a day but she's very dedicated

We had our Great Dane/English mastiff mix stay here for a couple nights while we visited family in Rusagonis. We were very nervous and hesitant just because it was our first time ever and we are fairly new pup owners. She was amazing- very personable, very experienced and she has a love for animals like no other. Very highly recommended. We would definitely have our pup board there again.
