UPDATE. I did receive the information needed in order to find my way to the onsite parking once I had spoken to someone by phone. The venue did update their website following my intervention. Good and effective response. I did not appreciate the undertones of managements response here, which left me feeling like I had a role to play in my inability to find the missing information regarding the parking access. Not to mention that there was no signage indicating where to go once out of the elevators, considering the direct access to the venue was closed. New rating 3 Stars. I have not found any information regarding where to access your ON-SITE PARKING. What address is your parking lot? The person who answered your phone didn't even realize the information wasn't indicated on your website. I suggested letting the people who are responsible for the missing information know about this. One star.
