Angela ParadaI hate to leave this review because I do love this place however, my recent experience was not the best. I got a gel x manicure like I’ve gotten for years from another salon as well as this location and they always last me at least a month! I recently went for a gel x manicure and a week later 1 nail broke. I went in and they were very nice and fixed it for me but now it’s been 4 days later and another nail broke off. As you can see from the picture, my nails aren’t even outgrown yet so this manicure is fresh! I spent $137 for a mani/pedi for my manicure to only last 12 days. Again, I hate to leave this review because I have really been happy with the services up until this point.
Ken HI just moved to the area 2 weeks ago and I didn’t feel like driving to Allen, TX for my favorite nail techs. I decided to google nail salons in my area. This salon popped up first and I started reading the reviews and decided to give them a try. I have to say Joann (nails) and Jessica (pedicure) did an amazing job. I’m extremely please with the service provided. No cuts or lumps! Nails are even and all shaped the same including my toes! I’m loving this color too; milky white with chrome. Benji, the cashier is wonderful too. Price is right for the service granted! I love that they didn’t try to over sale! Thank you Joann and Jessica, I’ll be back requesting you both again. 🤍

Mai NguyenChanging my review to 3 stars. I previously have had such great experiences coming to majestic. But the one time I ask for a very simple design, I’m told them can do it. So I can my nails fully done, and when it’s time for the design it looks atrocious. Not even close to the inspo. I told the manager, who tried to pull another nail tech from a client she was actively working with to fix my nails. Rightfully so, that client became upset so the nail tech did not do my nails and went back to her original client she was actively doing their nails. The manager attempted to do my designs, it again turned out nothing like the photo and then left my nails mid way to answer a call and never came back. Now they’re half way done and I am going to still have to pay full price and find a place to fix them. So disappointed I’ve been coming here for months. When I tell you the design was just so squiggly lines on the ring fingers too and two techs couldn’t even do that. One even started free styling adding random dots all over my nails that I didn’t ask for
