I hate to leave this review because I do love this place however, my recent experience was not the best. I got a gel x manicure like I’ve gotten for years from another salon as well as this location and they always last me at least a month! I recently went for a gel x manicure and a week later 1 nail broke. I went in and they were very nice and fixed it for me but now it’s been 4 days later and another nail broke off. As you can see from the picture, my nails aren’t even outgrown yet so this manicure is fresh! I spent $137 for a mani/pedi for my manicure to only last 12 days. Again, I hate to leave this review because I have really been happy with the services up until this point.
I just moved to the area 2 weeks ago and I didn’t feel like driving to Allen, TX for my favorite nail techs. I decided to google nail salons in my area. This salon popped up first and I started reading the reviews and decided to give them a try. I have to say Joann (nails) and Jessica (pedicure) did an amazing job. I’m extremely please with the service provided. No cuts or lumps! Nails are even and all shaped the same including my toes! I’m loving this color too; milky white with chrome. Benji, the cashier is wonderful too. Price is right for the service granted! I love that they didn’t try to over sale! Thank you Joann and Jessica, I’ll be back requesting you both again. 🤍
Today was my second time here and Joann did a fantastic job! I love my nails and she even did a fill on my lashes and they looked better than the original set I had! I will definitely keep coming back! Everyone is so happy and friendly here!
