Being referred to Majesty Construction, I’ve had the pleasure of working with Nicole and Aaron on getting my roof done. They were very professional and pleasant from start to finish regarding the roof job. They are a great team and efficient in every aspect of the project. I am very pleased of the roof job completed. The roofers who did the job were timely and did magnificent at cleaning up. It was as if they were never onsite. Very satisfied customer! 👍

I wasn't going to add a review. However I am having the hardest time obtaining my paid receipt and/or invoice from them after months of attempts. I hired Majesty Roofing with the agreement I would only pay my insurance deductible which was paid. I informed the company that I would use another service if I had to pay out of pocket for anything. They agreed that I would not have to pay a deductible with them or out of picket. Even my insurancecompanytold me i shouldn'tpay 2 deductibles. Now after 1 year they're trying to get me to pay a deductible to them. INSANE TO PAY 2 DEDUCTIBLES! I had several horrible experiences including being blocked in my garage with materials, gas fumes from generator caused carbon monoxide in my house with a baby in the house and other bloopers. My sales rep is gone now they're trying to scam me out of more money. Run from this company. Transparency is informing the homeowner about any cost or that it's illegal to waive a deductible as you say at the beginning opposed to agreeing to do so then backdooring the homeowner. As a Human Resources Consultant and Advisor integrity is important to me. I specifically told you and Dillon i would not pay a deductible or any out of picket cost and that i had a quote with another roofer. This company hounded me and agreed to perform the work with insurance money only. Dillon was my sales representative and I believe he has left a not favorable review as well. Run from this company
