I cannot understand why ocdsb continues to use this company. Like many other, there's is zero consistency in regards to picks up. His driver is **supposed** to be here between 8:25 and 8:30. But unlike most I have the opposite problem. This person shows up between 8:10 and 8:15 and just sits outside and honks. I've had conversations with his driver in regards to sticking to the schedule and how if he's going to show up that early, he's gonna be waiting. Because (of course) the days we are 100% ready at that time... he's late. This morning for example? Got a text at 8:06 saying he'd be there in 10 minutes. Guess who's outside honking over and over 4 minutes later. I have to go drop part of his lunch off now because he gets so flustered he forgot, because this driver has threatened to leave without him before. (Keeping in mind we aren't the ones who aren't following the given schedule). And there's zero point calling dispatch. Absolutely zero. The office woman does not care. At all. She will in fact argue with you that you're the one in the wrong. Added the screenshot as proof I've *tried* to find a solution. We had that text exchange and 15 seconds later? More honking. And it doesn't matter if there are no other kids, a schedule is a schedule. Just like with every other job.

I cannot believe the Ottawa school board uses this company to drive special needs children to school. They shouldn't even be driving Amazon packages. The driver for my neighbor's son is absolutely inconsiderate and rude. He NEVER comes at a consistent time; Every single day it is different which just makes routine for this child (and the neighbours) impossible. Then to top it off, whenever he shows up for the grade school aged child he blares the horn over and over and over again (early hours of the morning) which in turns, wakes up our baby and my husband who doesn't sleep until 4am due to work. It's so absolutely rude, not to mention the stress it puts on the child he's picking up and his parents. To add to the BS, myself and our entire neighborhood have tried to contact dispatch to report our concerns numerous times and the woman who answers is equally rude and dismissive. The school board needs to find a different company and this one should be closed down for good.

There is no option to put zero star, that’s why I had to put 1 star. This is a terrible transportation company for students. My daughter’s driver came at 10:05 am instead of 8:30 am on the 1st day of school on September 02, 2025. Driver didn’t even contact us. She missed the whole 1st period and part of 2nd period of class also on the 1st day of school because of their poor communication and management. Today also driver came to pick up at 9:45 instead of 8:30 am, she missed the 1st period of class again because of their mismanagement. They sent a replacement driver instead of regular driver today and the replacement driver showed up 1 hour 15 minutes late. I called regular driver and he said they sent him to a different school today. If I call the company , most of the time they don’t pick up the phone. In my experience, this is a terrible company for student transportation.
