My package has not yet been delivered to my house. It’s been 4 months now! I was told that their service takes only 3 months for my family to receive the said package. Whenever I call their number no one answers the phone! Service is not good. I hope my package will arrive to the recipient soonest. I am updating my review…. Up until today March 16, 2025 my package has not been received by my family. It was sent Oct 16, 2024. The New Jersey branch has closed down. I have nowhere to follow up on my package!

MAKATI EXPRESS CARGO is the WORST delivery courier, especially during peak seasons. They try to save money at the expense of SERVICE QUALITY and the TRUST their customers place in them. It’s been over 6 months, yet our cargo from New York still hasn’t arrived. We have been contacting their branches in the Philippines, but they are not answering our calls or messages. This is how bad this company is. MONEY OVER QUALITY IS REALLY A BIG, NO NO. WE WILL NEVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN. ITAGA NIYO YAN SA BATO. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. By the way our cargo is from New York, USA to Southern Leyte, Philippines.

The worst and most unreliable cargo service! Do not trust them with your hard earned money and boxes that you worked hard to fill. It's been 4 months now since I shipped my boxes and they have been sitting in customs for almost a month. More than likely they have stolen my stuff. Customer service is the worse. They will basically answer you with the same stuff you get when tracking your package. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THEM!

Don’t use this company. Consider your package lost if you do. As it will not reach your family back home. They don’t give you any definite answer about where your boxes are. Their people don’t know anything and just keep telling you to wait. They’re hiding something from their customers, their company probably have issues with the Philippine customs. I think this company should be report to The Consumer Affairs of New Jersey for false advertising such “Delivering with Excellence” “Fast delivery” etc.
