I’ve been using Makati Express for some time now and have always trusted them with my shipments. In the past, even when I packed dry and liquid goods in the same box, everything arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been a major letdown. This time, the cargo box I sent arrived severely damaged, and many of the goods inside were ruined. It was shocking, given that I’ve never had any issues before. To make matters worse, when I reached out to their customer support via email, I only received one response. When I tried to follow up, my emails were undeliverable, leaving me frustrated and without any resolution. After years of reliable service, this recent experience with Makati Express has been extremely disappointing. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable. I’m hesitant to use their services again and would caution others to be aware of their declining service quality. Overall, I am deeply disappointed with Makati Express. Not only did they fail to deliver my items safely, but their customer service was also unresponsive when I needed assistance. I would not recommend their service to anyone looking for a reliable shipping company. I don’t know what type of solution are they going to do with this.
Terrible Experience - DO NOT USE Makati Express! We recently received a package from Makati Express in absolutely horrible condition! It was obvious the package was not handled with care. To make things worse, when our mother called customer service, she was met with a rude and unpleasant attitude. Instead of apologizing, the representative was upset and spoke to her in a disrespectful tone. I’ve attached before and after photos of the package to show the damage.
VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE MAKATI EXPRESS CARGO!!!!!! Our balikbayan box has arrived in really worst condition!! They still have the face and courage to deliver the box in that condition. And I don’t understand why they didn’t even bother to call us and tell or explain why that happened prior to delivery! Even their customer service representatives are rude and hard to reach!!! They didn’t even apologize for what happened! They even tried to put the blame on us!!! NEVER GONNA USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN! TOTAL TRASH!!! NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!!
