Storage space was fine, easily accessible. I was disappointed when I gave MSS the opportunity to retain my business by allowing me to move to a smaller storage space with the new-customer discount, rather than me moving to a different storage place. They declined. When I moved out, several weeks ahead of the end of the month for which I had already paid, I was not issued a pro-rated refund for the time not used. I could have kept my lock on the storage locker right up to the moveout date, but instead removed it so that they could re-rent it immediately. Very disappointed in this business and their lack of care about the people who choose to do business with them instead of their competitors.

Very disappointed with the move in, I showed up at 2200 and couldn't get in had 3 vehicles there with stuff to unload. Called the next day to ask why I couldn't get in, the guy on the phone couldn't tell me why and said he would call me back with an answer. But I've still not heard anything from him and it's been almost a week now. We believed we had 24th access which I told him I work long days and can't get there some days until after 2200. After talking to them they made it right ✅️ they said I could get in 24/7 but again I show up and can't get in with a trailer full of stuff. Rating is getting better Ryan was great and very helpful

Got a unit here as it was the only place at the time that I could get at the time because all the offices for other storage places were closed. The pros: - was super convenient: no need to go to an office or deal with anyone, everything done online in a few mins. I picked a unit size, paid, got an entry code emailed, a lock code in a separate email. - clean, secure units. The concrete slab floor is raised and offset from the roll-up door (another nice touch, to save higher stacking space that you would lose with a typical garage-style door) so that water won't seep into the unit under the door. - there's an app that allows control of the entry/exit gate, or you can use your code on the numpad at the gate. The con (it's a big one, for me): - it's not 24hr access, which was not made clear enough anywhere; yes, hours are posted on the site and gate, but I concluded that was just for contacting customer service. For a storage facility where you can literally rent and move in without any human contact, it makes no sense for it to not be 24/7 access. I found this out when I tried to bring some stuff in at around 22h00 one night, only to find out that it was "closed". This is the only reason I've rated it 3/5 stars; with 24/7 access, I'd give this a 5 star rating. This actually has me looking for another facility that has 24/7 access.
