Jackie was the seamstress that altered my prom dress. She measured and altered it perfectly and the end result was beautiful. I had lots of intricate layers of my dress and Jackie made it fit me amazingly. She was so lovely, as were all of the staff at Make-It Happen, and everything just ran so smoothly. I highly recommend!

I contacted Jackie just over a week before my wedding day in a panic. I was having a 40th Birthday party and surprising everybody on the night by marrying my amazing partner, on what would be our 17 year anniversary. My outfit was arriving from Germany days before and I knew I would need some alterations. Jackie put me at ease straight away, told me not to worry as everything would be sorted in time. I dropped my outfit off on the Wednesday afternoon and it was expertly altered and steamed ready for me to collect on the big day! My outfit was perfect. I had no backup plan but I knew I didn’t need one. I was definitely in safe hands. I highly recommend Jackie and her team. Thank you so much ❤️
