Terry SavilleAbout a month ago I dropped by Makinwavesmarine as I was passing through Bancroft with my Goldwing and posed a difficult question and was looking for very specific info and parts that my Honda dealer could not provide for me. Ryan and Jennifer said they would look into it and get back to me. Well, there was a message by the time I got home and they had all the info and part numbers I needed, also with a recomondation for a shop to do the instalation for me. One quick phone call back to them and I recieved all the info via Email as well. I was very impressed guys, your outstanding service was very much appreciated. Thanks and keep up the great work.

Steve MartinI’ve purchased a SxS and 3 boats (a fishing boat, pontoon and a tinny) all from Makin Waves. All purchases have been great to me. Most recently I had to bring a different boat in for a fairly involved repair and I’m happy with the job. They got me back on the water in good time. I have always found them particularly knowledgeable with Mercury engines. Happy to have been a customer of Makin’ Waves and will continue to transact with them whenever possible. They are very nice and good people.
Jennifer VastaghInitially - Staff was patient, friendly and supportive. (Boat less then 3 yrs old, purchased there). Ask for a detailed contract if paying for storage and/or drop off/pickup services. Not what you expect and not a discussion staff/management is willing to have. My boat was dropped this spring in the worst shape it has been in - dirty- filthy dirty inside and out. Biminis put away filthy. Likely sat quite awhile before being stored- and definitely not cleaned or swept before storing it for the winter. Nothing states in writing that they will do this, but good customer service says don’t put away a boat after sitting in the lot for days - covered in bird droppings. Management does not have customer service as a priority. Not people we will be dealing with going forward. They clearly do not value their customers nor do they need to retain business.
