We had the pleasure of working with Mal Corboy as part of renovation & expansion of our family home in Remuera. Mal provided full interior design services during the project. The highlight of this project was definitely our brand new kitchen, bespoke study, and the bathrooms. Mal's attention to detail was superb. The cabinetry suppliers that he had recommended to us were excellent and we were very impressed with the every aspect of the product quality. Every line was perfectly straight, things fit exactly where they meant to go, every finish was perfect and only the best hardware was used. During installation Mal supervised the entire process to ensure everything was flawless. That shows a lot of due diligence! His work not only looks amazing but also very highly functional. We still can't believe how much storage space we now have in a relatively small house! We would definitely recommend Mal's services to anyone who is looking for their next bespoke kitchen and wanting something special.

When my husband and I wanted to build our 'forever home' we spent a lot of time researching the right professionals to help us achieve our dream in Milford. Mal Corboy was recommended to us by one of my clients and once I saw some of his work I recognised immediately that we wanted him to design and oversee our kitchen and scullery. As my husband cooks it was important that Peter was involved and get everything on his wish list. Mal created a beautiful, sumptuous and timeless design that complimented our new Cape Cod home with attention to details perfect for our large family and our entertaining needs. We love our kitchen and enjoy the scale and style as we spend a lot of time in the 'hub' of our new home. Doing a full tear down and remodel of our Auckland CBD apartment during covid and a supply chain crisis was no easy task, and we definitely could not have done it without Mal. Mal is an incredible interior designer. He is really good at optimising spaces, has an amazing eye for colours, and knows how to be bold yet elegantly bring it all together.
