Aby PhilipToday I visited Malabar Gold which is situated in LULU Hypermarket fujairah. During the purchase, when I asked for the discount , the salesman, Mr. Srinath Srinivasan , gave as a reply that to reduce the weight of the gold in an insulting manner. This is the second time I am experiencing a bad attitude from the sales section. As a customer it is our right to ask for the discount but the way he was treated as very bad. Also I appreciate Mr . Bijo Antony for the support and good dealing.

Askar AliI have sent a clear email to Malabar customer service with a transaction reference since July 23rd, and I have been following up with them until now. There has been no proper response from the customer service team, and they are calling but no one knows how to resolve the issue,Yeah, I agreed, I paid exta because I wasn't aware, but that doesn't mean no one from CS can resolve my issue. This is really disappointing, and I've even visited the store, where one lady took my phone and put 5 strar with her name without resolving the issue. They told me they'd call, but there has been no response as of yet.
