Les soins sont réalisés avec une grande délicatesse, et les résultats sont au rendez-vous. L’institut est propre, apaisant et joliment décoré. On en ressort détendue et rayonnante. J’en suis totalement satisfaite. Un travail très pro, les filles prennent leur temps. On ne sort pas du rendez-vous avec un défaut sur l’ongle. Je passe même un moment agréable. Beaucoup de choix de couleur. Le service rdv Planity est un énorme plus.

Et la pose de vernis est une catastrophe, ça déborde sur la peau, et des traces de doigts sur le vernis. Est-ce que le personnel est formé ? J'ai de gros doutes. Ils m'ont offert en dédommagement une pose de vernis mais aucune envie d'y retourner !

La pose de gainage est super bien faite, avec un large choix de couleurs. Les prix sont très abordables, surtout pour une ville comme Saint-Germain-en-Laye, et la qualité est toujours au rendez-vous. C’est devenu mon institut de référence, j’y vais tout le temps maintenant !
