From the initial phone consultation, incredibly professional and courteous. My case coordinator was very nice and always answered calls to all my questions. My attorney, Jeff, was phenomenal and listened to many of my stories. They never seemed to want to get off the phone quickly, in other words, they were never dismissive to me in terms of my input or in terms of My time with them.
