I highly recommend the Greenfield Dental Health Group for anyone with small children. I honestly can’t say enough about how caring and patient everyone was with our 5 year old, especially since she was very, very nervous about this visit. Danielle was so friendly and personable, she felt like someone we had known for years, as opposed to someone we had just met. Throughout the entire visit she made sure that our little one was comfortable, reading her a story called “Sugarbug Doug,” showing what tools she would be using as well as letting our daughter try them out to see that there was nothing to be afraid of (her favorite was the big teeth, mirror and toothbrush that she got to practice with). Danielle was extremely patient, answered all my little one’s questions and explained everything to her on a child’s level of understanding. The room had a tv for kids to watch during their cleaning and there are goodie bags and a treasure chest for the kids afterwards. The goodie bags themselves are full of great things for kids, including a timer for brushing their teeth. Dr. Blue was also wonderful and very informative. She was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to talk to about treatment plans and options. She had great bedside manner with our daughter as well and made her feel comfortable and calm during her exam. Brandi was super helpful via email and phone for booking our initial appointment, and Rachel was very efficient and sweet when we were checking out. She was able to book our entire family of 5 for future appointments, getting us all in the most beneficial timeslots for our busy schedule. Again, I highly recommend the Greenfield Dental Health Group and their lovely staff!

The entire team has been incredibly accommodating during each visit, taking the time to explain each procedure in detail and alleviating a lot of anxiety in the process.
