I had a highly disappointing experience with this company. They are completely unprofessional — they took a significant amount of money from me and left me in a situation where I couldn’t turn back. The project, which was supposed to be completed much earlier, took over 6 months, despite raising multiple complaints throughout the process. Even after the so-called completion, issues haven’t stopped. Within just 2-3 weeks, several pieces of my furniture started developing defects. To make matters worse, their post-sales service is appalling. They don’t respond to concerns and casually ask you to wait for a month for any kind of support. For a company like Livespace that claims to be a professional interior service provider, this kind of experience is unacceptable.

Very poor after sales service from Livspace …Almost a month since raised complaint regarding broken holder of TV drawer they installed ..Not yet resolved and keep on promising same will be addressed now

Very disappointed Dear friends, Please be careful with this place, don't fall in the trap of giving advance, once taken they won't even reply you and treat you like you are nobody. They promised to complete the work in 45 days but they took 4 to 5 months, They claim that the quality of the product is best of the best then others company, see attached photos after just 4 months of use. they don't have trained team. They are using inexperienced and cheap local workers to finish the work where workers don't have any value of our property and because of that work is not that much satisfactory. Don't fall in the trap of rating which is showing 4.9, LIVSPACE team takes advantage of this and traps you.
