Don’t stay with Management Realty Partners . Staff members are so rude for no reason., especially Tiffany and another lady that work there. I think her name is Anna , every time you call them they give you attitude, even if you try to talk to them with nice voice and good manners , most of people smoking in the apartment building, cockroaches everywhere , and the whole building is stinky, it’s hard to sleep, I don’t recommend to people who don’t smoke move to this apartments. There is no area to leave Amazon or other packages.. packages get stolen., because they leave them outside , Maintenance and rent so expensive for no reason., I’ve been asking to fix my kitchen faucet for two years and it’s never been fixed. Kitchen and bathroom is very old school and I feel like I live in 60s, when you open kitchen cabinets it’s so gross inside. I don’t even feel like putting my food inside.. Rent just went $100 up. And on the basement floor every year we get flood, the water goes to people apartments and it stinks, once in a while, water stop, and people can’t use bathroom and to take shower for many hours. AC and heater doesn’t work properly., in the winter I have to turn on my oven to warm up my apartment because it’s super cold, and in the summer it gets so hot and AC doesn’t cool it properly.

I'm glad me and my wife moved out. A lot of weird men living in that building. I had to tell a guy to stay away from my wife multiple times every time she would get in her car to go to work this guy would be following her in the garage. It's just a matter of time before the police starts doing drug raids in that place. A lot of illegal activity happening in that building and surrounding areas and management isn't doing anything about it.
