Extremely Disappointed with Representation — Would Not Recommend I’m writing this review out of frustration and deep disappointment in how my case was handled by my lawyer . I trusted this firm to represent me fairly and fight for what I deserved, but it’s clear now that wasn’t the case. I recently reached out to my lawyer, and he told me that the proposed settlement for my case was only $2,200 — which is shockingly low, especially considering that I have a permanent injury to my finger. This injury has caused both physical pain and emotional stress, and it has had a real impact on my quality of life. You would expect a lawyer to advocate for a fair and reasonable payout, not suggest that I accept an offer that doesn’t even begin to reflect what I’ve been through. To make matters worse, the law firm reached out to me back on May 30, telling me they were trying to get the “biggest possible settlement.” If $2,200 is truly what they consider the biggest possible settlement, then they clearly did not fight hard enough on my behalf. That is not acceptable. The entire experience left me feeling unheard, unsupported, and unimportant. There was a serious lack of communication, no real sense of urgency, and no strong advocacy on my behalf. I would never recommend this law firm to anyone, especially if you’re dealing with a serious injury. They simply did not deliver on their promise to help, and I regret putting my trust in them.
