Mandai Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree

The hotel is located in a quiet but still accessible location. The room amenities were great except that the door to the room couldn’t stay open even when I pushed it to the wall as instructed by the staff. That was very inconvenient as I had a wheelchair user and it was a struggle to keep the door open while pushing the wheelchair. The breakfast buffet was great. There was a good variety of food and it tasted good too. But the tiramisu cake I ordered in the afternoon was frozen so it didn’t taste nice. The pool was great cos it overlooked the sea.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Amara Sanctuary Resort Sentosa on 26 Feb. A special thank you to MJ for her excellent service during breakfast. She was extremely friendly and attentive, taking the time to explain the different food selections at every corner. Her knowledge & warm personality made our breakfast experience even more enjoyable. Since check-in is at 3pm, MJ was also very kind and helpful in arranging an alternative breakfast option for our family of four. We truly appreciated her thoughtfulness & willingness to go the extra mile for us. Thank you, MJ, for making our stay extra special. We will definitely return!

Love the experience here. Stayed in courtyard with pampered paw. The sanctuary is close to all facilities and activities in Sentosa. Room is clean and staff hospitality is amazing. They are lighthearted, and goes the extra mile every step of the way. From taking special note on our names and noticing what matters to us. Special thanks to Shai (she made the check in seamless and such a delight) , MJ (breakfast is uplifted because of her) and kebing for making the stay unforgettable.
