We hosted our daughter’s first birthday celebration at Mandarin Restaurant this past weekend, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Despite a snowstorm that day, the service was exceptional. Our servers Helen, CC, and Amanda truly went above and beyond—always attentive, kind, and proactive in making sure everything we needed was taken care of. Their positive attitudes and willingness to help made the day feel effortless and special. The management team was equally outstanding. Both managers were incredibly accommodating, with JT in particular being so flexible and supportive from the very beginning. They worked closely with us to help bring our vision to life, thoughtfully configuring the tables exactly how we wanted and even offering to take care of our balloon garland afterward so we didn’t have to worry about cleanup. That level of care and consideration meant a lot. Overall, the experience exceeded our expectations. The service, flexibility, and genuine hospitality made our daughter’s first birthday truly memorable. I would highly recommend Mandarin for gatherings and celebrations of any size—big or small. Thank you to the entire team for helping create such a remarkable day.

Elly served us with professionalism, friendliness and kindness - we loved the selection at the buffet. All the food was fresh, hot and the choices were incredible - I hadn't been to a Mandarin in a long time so it reminded me of going with my grandparents when I was a kid; thanks for making it a special lunch on a cold, snowy winter's day. Long live Mandarin!

Had such a pleasant experience at this location. We were serv3d by Amanda, Daniel and Gogula. They were so pleasant and kind. Enjoyed my birthday and recommend everyone to come to this location. It is levels ahead of the ones I've been to in the GTA region 🤭

Everytime I come to niagara falls, i prefer to come to mandarin. Forst time coming to st catherines location. The food was bad. The food plates were not refilled, the desserts were say old and also not refilled. The food was going bad with staying on the court too long. Over all, I wont recommend coming to st catherines location. The niagara falls location is 20 times better in service, and food.
