We hired Mike and his team to replace the roof on our townhouse complex in Victoria and couldn’t have been happier! His whole team was polite and friendly. They were extremely efficient with their work and adjusted as was needed when the weather started to turn. Mike was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. After the job was done, the cleanup was spotless! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were all super happy with the work and would highly recommend M&M. Thank you Mike and crew!

Would definitely recommend Mike & his team! They worked in 30 degree temps reroofing our roof in Cordova bay area. They were fast, efficient & reasonable. Job inc replacement of 5 skylights. Mike is very professional ensuring we were happy with the finished product. Big thanks to the team for their efforts in the extreme heat!

We are one of those who have good reason to be very disappointed with M & M Roofing. Back in November 2023, M & M Roofing began re-roofing my friend’s house in Oak Bay but they did not do the flashing around the chimney, and they left a deficit in the roof that causes a leak into my friend's bedroom. She has a tub in her bedroom collecting rain water. Mike Magdalenich said he is really busy, but would get around to rectifying these problems. Yeah, right! Almost 2 years have gone by since then. Winter is once more approaching. We are still waiting. Is M & M Roofing not qualified to do the flashing around chimneys? Beware of this company as it has a pattern of not being able to commit to a set start date or completion schedule! (Because M & M Roofing is really busy.) Beware of paying this company in full until the work is fully completed to your satisfaction. This company is not dependable. My friend’s experience with M & M Roofing is that the company does not fully complete the job contracted for despite my friend paying in full immediately. Sad but true.
