Me and my wife were working in the yard when Jim Phelps introduced himself and ask if he can inspect our roof for hail damage. Knowing that we just had a storm I said yes. After inspecting he recommended a roof replacement. To make a long story short, my roof was replaced by Jim Phelps crew of Moss Roofing. Jim did a fantastic job explaining step by step on what to be prepared for. He recommended Jesus Orenday of RainShield to have our gutters replaced. Again, Jim recommended the correct person and Jesus did a fantastic job. We were totally satisfied. Thank you Jim for being so honest and Christian man of GOD. Thanks to the hard work of the professional team from Moss Roofing Houston, my hail-damaged roof has been completely replaced. I would like to extend my special thanks to Mr. Wayne Beasley , who provided me with the best service through his expertise, skill, and dedicated attitude. Since I was unfamiliar with many related issues and had a tight schedule due to travel, Wayne was extremely patient and proactive in considering my needs. He went out of his way to address my concerns and ensure that the entire process was handled swiftly and smoothly from start to finish. Once again, my sincere gratitude to Wayne!

I had no idea my roof was damaged by hail. Jim Phelps stopped by and asked if he could inspect the roof, explaining that the storm that had gone through the area had dropped a lot of hail. He went up on the roof and found damage on a large portion of the roof. When I asked him what could be done, he asked questions about my house insurance and gave me guidance on what I needed to do to get the insurance company out to inspect. Once I had a date and time for the insurance inspector I contacted Jim. He met with the inspector and they looked at the roof together, with Jim pointing out all of the damage. Within a few days, the insurance company authorized the repairs, which was a new roof. Jim was notified by the insurance company. Jim then called me with a date and time his crew would be at my home to install a new roof. I told Jim I would be travelling for work, but my wife would be home. I also asked Jim about my solar panels. He had worked with my solar company to have their crew meet with his to remove the panels. Moss roofing had a large crew show up at the time they said they would. The solar panel company also showed up. The panels were removed, then the roof was stripped. The roof was replaced with all new shingles. The Moss crew cleaned up the yard completely. The solar company replaced the panels and verified operation. Throughout the entire operation Jim Phelps kept my wife and myself informed of each step in the process. He worked with the insurance company with getting all necessary paperwork and permits filled out. I didn't have to lift a finger. If you need a roof, no mater why, age or damage, you can't go wrong with calling Jim Phelps at Moss Roofing. A company that operates with integrity.
