Former employee The company management is not good. I have filed a case against their policy because I have seen the management fire employees without any notice. I am still waiting for a response regarding my case. I have reviewed every aspect of the situation. Sometimes, due to project load from the company’s clients, we are unable to attend calls or engage in friendly conversations, but the management takes this personally and terminates employees. Additionally, the company uses the profiles of terminated employees for client interviews. I am not against Manek Tech as a company, but I am against the cheap mentality of the management. That is why I filed a case against them. However, the company has presented false messages against me in court, claiming that I am not a "workman" of the company. I have never made negative comments against any company. In fact, I have referred and suggested many employees to join good companies. I don't understand why the company is behaving this way. If they do not stop this behavior, they will face many problems in the future.

The company has a really good reputation in the market, but the HR department is the worst. They are not cooperative with new joiners, and the policies for new employees are terrible.

I had a respectful experience with ManekTech throughout the interview process. I completed all rounds, including the practical task, where I exceeded their expectations. However, despite my clear request for a decent salary hike from my current offer, which I shared with them, they did not respond to my messages. When I called them, they stated that they were not willing to offer more than their initial offer. I attempted to negotiate a satisfactory amount, but their response was unexpectedly rude. It seemed as though they were concerned I might use their offer letter solely to leverage a higher salary elsewhere. They also didn’t seem to respect the offer I currently have or my genuine interest in joining their company, which left me feeling taken advantage of.

My career 2nd company....I have learned lots of things from here... Company culture- you will love working here with great minds ...people are so cooperative Management- it is well streamlined and all the policies are made acc to the employees better growth... Salary- on time exact and good increment.. Moreover it is 5 days week and strength is 200+ and still it is on growing mode... Must say.. if anyone wants to grow personally in terms of career growth and financially ..you can have good experience at Manektech
