I recently visited Manhattan 35 to buy a ponytail for my mom, and I was blown away by their selection—they had all the colors we could have asked for! The prices were fantastic, and the customer service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly helpful and made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing!! So much hair selection. This is my new go to! And the staff was so incredibly helpful and kind. The prices are reasonable and fair! I got so much braiding hair for only $75 (human & synthetic) I’ve been ripped off before so I’m so glad I found this spot. In terms of other comments about being followed around the store, from my observation it’s a really small aisles with a lot of packed in inventory. AND a lot of items are locked so you would need someone to unlock for you. I think that’s most likely the reason they would check in often to see if anyone needs anything. Which I personally appreciate and would do as a store owner myself. Racial profiling is probably not the actual issue as everyone working there are different races and skin tones. I suggest going there and seeing for yourself, you’re missing out on a great spot otherwise!

Doesnt have a great selection of hair extensions. The interaction with the cashier was very weird. She kept making me wait after the transaction was APPROVED. She asked if I wanted my receipt, I responded no and proceeded to walk out. Then she kept called me back to the register to make sure the receipt was printed. I only bought one Item that came up to only 5 dollars. It was a weird exchange. I never had to be called back after a transaction was approved to watch a receipt print out. Archaic policies. I would not shop there again.
