Absolute Scam, do not pay them anything. They will use deceptive policies to collect a payment, without intent to ever actually render services. You will think you have some coverage, but effectively you will be as if without insurance You are literally better off saving money in saving account then giving them anything. most service will give you a better rate by paying using self pay. if you think this will at least cover you for Emergency Care, think again. you will still be left footing the vast majority of bill, which will be at a maximum rate since they tried to bill insurance. IF YOU HAVE ANY INCOME OR MONEY DO NOT BUY THIS SERVICE, YOU ARE BETTER OFF SAVING THE MONEY. All that assuming the healtcare service you attempt to use will even accept this small brand. After owner response: I am only more convinced this is a SCAM. after having my policy for over 3 years, and paying over 6000 USD into it, they payed only about 1000 USD for my E.R visit. Note, this plan is rarely accepted anywhere, has pitiful discount [useless] for prescriptions, and really covers almost nothing considering the individual cost of any medical expense is huge. The Affordable Choice [Limited Benefit Plan] is not a worthwhile investment for any length of time, you will never get your money worth. for anyone reading, I still recommend just putting money away and saving, rather then wasting it on this company.

I’ve had Manhattan life insurance. I have no clue what it’s even called besides Manhattan life I think it’s first health, but I’m not for certain I never have found out. I’ve had it going on three years this August and I had an agent named Elizabeth, but I cannot seem to get a hold of her. I don’t know what’s happened to her, but she gave me her personal Cell phone number and I needed to ask questions and she told me I could contact her anytime and I have yet to hear anything from anyone from Manhattan life so if somebody’s out here, would y’all please contact me? I have some questions to ask thank you.

Total scam. I had 2 policy’s called hospital indemnity. Paid into them for ten years, went to the emergency room at the hospital. And tried to get “reimbursed” for a 10k bill. Sent me $300.

This company is the worse and I regret dealing with them. They were taking my premium payments for years and when it was their turn to pay a claim, they refused. I was out of work for 6 months for medical leave coz I had surgery Manhattan paid only twice out of six months that I was out of work. They will convince you and tell you all these B.S what they’re gonna do and give you just so you buy a policy and you keep paying all these premiums and when it’s their turn to pay a claim, they don’t wanna pay. They give you all these hoops and loops. It tells you what kind of business ethics they have which is None/Negative. I would put no star but it wouldn’t post.
